Hip Adduction Machine (Inner Thigh) — Points to Check Today
- Draw in with the adductors — Close your legs slowly with inner-thigh strength, not momentum. (Snapping the legs shut with their weight and momentum)
- Keep your back fixed against the pad — If your torso wobbles, the tension is dispersed. (Hunching the torso to add momentum)
- Control the opening too — Spreading suddenly risks a groin injury. (Releasing the tension so the legs fly open)
