Incline Dumbbell Bench Press — Points to Check Today
- Keep elbows at 45 degrees — Flaring them to 90 degrees puts heavy strain on the shoulders. (Lowering with the elbows flared wide open)
- Lower deep for a chest stretch — The advantage of dumbbells is the wide range of motion. (Lowering shallow so the tension is weak)
- Don't clash them hard at the top — Banging the dumbbells together breaks the flow. (Slamming the dumbbells together at the top)
